Sewing inflatable product technology

Our sewing engineer use pvc tarpaulin and double to triple stitch to pruduce inflatable games. We have two kinds baffle material accord the client's requirement . We make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing. This digital printing make the the picture more stronger on life time.  Our quality control team will inspect each process of the whole producing inflatables games. This will make the products more stronger.

Air Tight Technology of inflatable water games

Our production engineer use UV-resistant 0.9mm pvc tarpaulin  by high temperature welding technical to produce the infaltable water park.
