Luxury large carousel structural layers and clever ingenuity are enhanced by the use of embossed patterns and mirror elements on its columns and panels. The layers of embossed patterns create a sense of refinement, while the mirror embellishment adds a dynamic feel to the space. As the carousel rotates, the light and shadow complement the mirrors, creating an immersive feeling for passengers as if they were in a fairy tale.

Frame is constructed of materials that meet the European EN 1176 amusement equipment safety standard. The main structure is Q235B-grade carbon structural steel, hot-dip galvanized to provide an 80μm anti-corrosion coating and withstand salt spray tests for over 1000 hours. The frame utilizes mortise and tenon welding, with each joint welded at least 60mm long and boasting a tensile strength of 400MPa, ensuring structural stability even when supporting 10 people simultaneously.

This exceptional durability, achieved through a six layer fiberglass construction, ensures the horse will not deform even after long term use. Rigorously tested, it offers up to 10 years of damage resistance even under the amusement park's high frequency operation, it maintains its appearance and structure intact, significantly reducing ongoing maintenance and replacement costs. The horse's seat is specially designed with a thickness of up to 8mm. This thickening not only significantly enhances the seat's structural strength but also provides superior load-bearing capacity, safely and stably accommodating passengers of all sizes. This provides visitors with a secure ride experience and further extends the carousel's overall lifespan.
